Change of Management

Dear Residents, 

We hope this message finds you well. We are excited to share that, effective immediately, PHL Residential will begin providing property management services in conjunction with Brewerytown Management. 

As part of this transition, PHL Residential will oversee the day-to-day property management operations and serve as your primary point of contact for all resident related matters. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth and seamless as possible, and we want to reassure you that your day-to-day experience as a resident will remain the same. 

All current lease agreements will remain in effect, and you will continue to use the Buildium Resident Center to make rent payments, submit maintenance requests, and access your resident account. 

**No action is required on your part at this time.**

Please note that the former Brewerytown Management phone number will no longer be monitored or in service beginning July 31, 2026.

Aside from this management transition, all existing policies, procedures, and lease terms will remain unchanged.
